Processing Times
Most in-stock orders are shipped within 5 business days (M–F) following order placement, unless otherwise stated in the product's shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.
Due to high demand and ongoing supply chain issues, orders can take a bit longer than expected — please be patient.
Most items still ship within a week. Our warehouse is based in Florida and ships Monday through Friday.
Orders received after 2 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders begin processing the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Everything ships directly from our Florida warehouse — no third parties, no middlemen. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after your order leaves the warehouse.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO military addresses will take additional time.
International Shipping (Canada)
Standard international shipping to Canada typically takes 10–14 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery could be delayed an additional 5–10 business days due to long customs processing, inspections, or clearance times.
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price of products or shipping. Although duties aren't always incurred, assessment is based on the value of the goods imported. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Bandolero has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Expedited Shipping
Bandolero Supply Co. does not currently offer expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot accommodate requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing time on all orders is 5 business days.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend adding Bandolero Package Protection at checkout — it covers loss, theft, damage, and delivery issues for a small fee.
Without Package Protection, lost or stolen packages must be claimed directly with the carrier. We're happy to help you file, but we cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
