Sign in, go to your order page, and click File Claim. You'll pick the issue, describe what happened, and upload a photo if needed. Or use the claims portal at /paxel-claim.
How fast are claims reviewed?+
Most claims are reviewed within 2 business days. You'll see status updates in your account.
Can I remove PAXEL Protect from my order?+
Yes — toggle it off in the cart before checkout. Once an order is placed, contact support to make changes.
