Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the item(s) are in original condition and unused. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing. Exchange shipping for different colors or sizes is complimentary within the US.
Placed an order with the wrong size? No worries. Create and purchase a new order with the correct sizes, then let us know. Ship the original order back to our return address below. Once we receive it, we'll refund you for the original purchase amount, less new shipping costs.
We do not provide complimentary returns or exchanges outside the US. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Bandolero Supply Co.
Exchanges
There is no charge for domestic exchanges or returns to store credit. You'll be able to review items eligible for return and make size exchanges based on available inventory, less the new shipping costs (sorry, we're not Amazon and shipping is expensive). To be clear: we do not provide complimentary return shipping labels. You'll need to visit a local USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any shipping service to send the items back to us.

Email orders@shopbandolero.com before shipping to confirm the current return address and get an RMA.
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect the return and process the exchange. Our return center doesn't hold inventory on an open exchange request, so we always recommend sending the exchanged item back sooner rather than later to ensure you get the correct size.
If you elect to make a return for refund, the cost of return shipping is $7.50 for any number of items and will be deducted automatically from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose to accept a store gift card instead of the refund.
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or issue store credit to your email on file. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of us receiving your items.
International (Canada & Beyond)
We currently do not offer international exchanges, but we're happy to take items back for a refund. If you need to exchange for a different size, please place a new order for the correct size and return the size that didn't work out for a refund.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or personal care goods (such as beauty products). Get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Times
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For lost, stolen, or damaged packages, see our Shipping Policy. We strongly recommend adding Bandolero Package Protection at checkout — it covers loss, theft, damage, and delivery issues and gets you a replacement or refund quickly.
