Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 5 business days (M–F) following order placement, unless otherwise stated in the product's shipping description and in your confirmation email. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

Orders received after 2 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders begin processing the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Status

After your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. From that email you can click the "View Order Status" button to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information.

A status of "Confirmed" means the order is not ready to ship — no need to worry, it just means your order is still processing. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second shipping notification via email with tracking details and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives.

If you haven't received your order, please carefully review any shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email before reaching out to support.

Order Changes

We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we'll do our best to accommodate update requests that include size changes, address changes, or order cancellations.

Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes outside of an address update or cancellation. Please check all information carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, contact us ASAP with the correct address.
